|Section 1 : Step & Brush x 2, Rocking Chair
|1 – 2Step forward on right, brush left foot forward
|3 – 4Step forward on left, brush right foot forward
|5 – 8Rock forward on right, recover onto left, rock back on right, recover onto left

|Section 2 : Step & Brush, Jazz Box 1 / 4 turn right
|1 – 2Step forward on right, brush left foot forward
|3 – 4Step forward on left, brush right foot forward
|5 – 6Cross right foot over left, step back on left foot
|7 – 8Turn 1 / 4 turn right stepping forward onto right foot, step left next to right
|(weight on left)

|Section 3 : Diagonal step & heel twist on right then left
|1 – 2Step right foot forward to right diagonal, step left foot next to right
|3 – 4Turn both heels to the right (3), turn both heels back to centre (4)
|5 – 6Step left foot forward to left diagonal, step right foot next to left
|7 – 8Turn both heels to the left (7), turn both heels back to centre (8)

|Section 4 : Zig Zag (step touch back) and hip bumps
|1 – 2Step back on right diagonal, touch left next to right with hand clap
|3 – 4Step back on left diagonal, touch right next to left with hand clap
